Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). I create my own prints in studio when you place your order, and carefully pack each of them myself to ensure safe arrival. Please be aware that there may be delays during high order volume times. Orders ship USPS, and originals ship with insurance and tracking. I will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 days of placing your order, please email me at email@example.com and I will take a look!

Customers outside the USA: I am currently shipping in the United States only, but please contact me if there is something you are interested in and I can possibly set something up for you.
You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification including a tracking number once I've shipped it. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking information typically takes 48 hours to be available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation and I'll get back to you with an update.
Because most of my products are printed to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. Please feel free to contact me with any questions prior to purchasing, and if you feel something is wrong with your order, please contact me so I can do my best to fix it.
I take great care in the packing of each order to ensure it travels safely to its destination; however, in the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a description and photos of the damaged package and product so I can make the situation right. Refunds or replacements due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis, and it is always my top priority to provide a positive experience for my customers.
