Shop Policies

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).  Orders ship USPS for a flat fee of $11.00 per order, and all original art includes shipping insurance and tracking.  I will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 days of placing your order, please email me at erin@eobrownart.com and I will take a look! 

*Please be sure to provide a current and accurate shipping address. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned packages. 

Customers outside the USA:  I am currently shipping in the United States only, but please contact me if there is something you are interested in and I can possibly set something up for you.

You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification including a tracking number once I've shipped it.  You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking  information typically takes 48 hours to be available.  If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at erin@eobrownart.com with your order confirmation and I'll get back to you with an update.  

If your package is marked as delivered and you are unable to locate it, please check your original order email to confirm the address was entered accurately.  Please provide a safe and secure location for delivery, as I am not liable for any orders that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered, or for lost or returned packages due to inaccurate address provided by the customer. 

Because many of my products are printed to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions prior to purchasing, and if you feel something is wrong with your order, please contact me so I can do my best to fix it.  

I take great care in the packing of each order to ensure it travels safely to its destination; however, in the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a description and photos of the damaged shipping package and product so I can make the situation right.  Refunds or replacements due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis, and it is always my top priority to provide a positive experience for my customers.  All original artwork includes shipping insurance to provide coverage in the event of loss or damage while the package is with the shipping carrier.

Artwork copyright remains with the artist, Erin O’Leary Brown, and does not transfer with purchase. 

I do accept custom orders and private commissions as my schedule allows and on a case-by-case basis.  If you have a special project in mind, please feel free to contact me at erin@eobrownart.com so we can discuss it.
